BWISC is an open platform for women in STEM fields, which will provide a variety of resources, including publications, conferences, continuing education, and training courses to help women in STEM fields enhance performance and ability to succeed in their professions.

BWISC will devote its efforts to design and develop projects that will encourage the exchange of ideas, brainstorming, and knowledge sharing, fostering collaboration among its members, and inspiring creativity, innovation, and passion so that women are equipped to play a more important role in the advancement of science and technology.
